Terms of use

Last updated: June 2026

1. Purpose

These terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Weplesi application and the https://www.weplesi.com website (hereinafter the "Service"), published by Coder Lab, a SARL (limited liability company) with share capital of €1,000, registered under SIRET number 834 595 498 00025, whose registered office is at 1 Chemin de Saint-Cloud, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.

Weplesi is a communication tool for the residents, residents' council members and managing agents of a co-ownership. It lets them report issues, read announcements and talk with one another within the residence.

2. Acceptance of the terms

Access to the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. By submitting an access request or using the Service, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Coder Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change by a notification in the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. Conditions of access

Access to the Service is restricted to adult natural persons living in a co-ownership that is a Weplesi partner, and to residents' council members and duly appointed managing agents.

Access is subject to the approval of a membership request by the residence's residents' council. Coder Lab does not approve access requests: this responsibility lies exclusively with the residents' council.

Each user has a personal and strictly individual account. Sharing an account is forbidden.

4. Rules of use

By using the Service, you undertake to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when you register
  • Use the Service only in connection with the life of your co-ownership
  • Respect other users and refrain from any abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or harassing remarks
  • Not publish any commercial, advertising or political content
  • Not attempt to access the data of other residences or users
  • Not harm the proper operation of the Service (attacks, scraping, etc.)

Coder Lab reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

5. User content

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish (reports, comments, photos). By publishing content, you guarantee that you hold the necessary rights and that this content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Published content is visible to the other members of your residence. It is not intended to be made public beyond your co-ownership.

Coder Lab does not exercise prior editorial control over published content, but reserves the right to remove it if it breaches these Terms.

6. Liability

Weplesi is a communication tool between residents. It does not replace the co-ownership managing agent and does not constitute a contractual commitment by Coder Lab regarding the handling of reported issues.

Coder Lab strives to ensure the availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions for maintenance or technical incidents may occur.

Coder Lab cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, nor for content published by users.

7. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Term and termination

The account is active for the entire duration of your residence's subscription to the Service. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by contacting nsantos@coderlab.fr.

In the event of termination at the initiative of the user or of Coder Lab, the data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

All the elements making up the Service (interface, logo, code, texts) are the exclusive property of Coder Lab and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Coder Lab will have sole jurisdiction.
